An American group present on several continents, SharkNinja manufactures and distributes household appliances for two complementary markets: floor, with the Shark brand, and kitchen, under the Ninja brand. With a turnover of 4 billion dollars, the group has recently been developing in Europe, and particularly in France since 2020. It is in this context that SharkNinja calls upon MARCOPOLO PERFORMANCE, for the recruitment of key employees.

JK

We very quickly found ourselves sharing the same values: work, efficiency, and involvement. The team at our side immediately understood our situation, and thus our needs and objectives in the development strategy in France. We met very “hands on” professionals, oriented towards efficiency and results, exactly as if they were part of our team. This is essential for us, because we are looking for specific skills, of course, but also personalities who carry our project daily, and who know how to write the first pages of our presence in France..

What other elements in their approach have you found particularly helpful?

JK

We have opened different positions: KAM, Brand Manager, e-commerce specialist. The search was carried out by direct approach, to quickly propose a short-list of candidates who corresponded very well to the issues we had defined together. All of this in the spring of 2020, when the pandemic was taking hold and necessarily complicating the approach… Their expertise in remote relations was essential in the smooth running of these recruitments, which ended up with the expected hires.

Beyond their expertise in the sourcing and recruitment process itself, we particularly appreciated their ability to sell the SharkNinja project to candidates: an emerging brand in France, even if it is already well developed in other areas, in which the challenges are numerous, and where everything has to be built (almost). MARCOPOLO was able to position the missions in this context and convince candidates to choose this new professional adventure. In a way, they became ambassadors of SharkNinja, with great success!
